Are you trying to sell your home during the Holidays? It may not be the peak time for real estate, but you can be sure that people viewing your home are serious buyers. Enticing them with stylish decorations will help them visualize ringing in the New Year in your home!

2. Make it cozy: When someone enters your home, be sure it is warm and inviting. Something as simple as a pot of cider simmering on the stove, a decorative wreath on the front door, or a bowl of pine cones or Christmas balls as a centrepiece can give that festive feeling.

3. Work with your colours: Take a moment and go through your Christmas decorations. Your decorations should complement your décor and be a little less “personal” while your house is on the market. For example, if your walls are blue, you may want to choose more neutral decorations such as silvers or whites. If you have neutral colours on your walls, add some colour with traditional red or cranberry.
