That was the question RCMP Sgt. Boyd Merrill, provincial media relations officer for the RCMP, asked the youth in 2959 Pasadena Army Cadet Corps on a recent visit to Pasadena.
Merrill was there to participate in a cadet youth leadership activity held at Pasadena Academy.
"It is important that all kids receive positive messages from adults as they already hear so many negative messages from other sources," Merrill said in a release.
Between 1993 and 2003, Merrill, traveled Canada and the eastern U.S. performing the award-winning "Think about Drugs" to more than 150,000 live audience members.
"We can never give up on kids ... they are too important," he said. "Shut off your TV, computers and videos and just talk to your kids!"
