The Town of South Brook requires increased and upgraded floor space for the use of the Recreation Department, the Volunteer Fire Department, the Maintenance Department, and, the Recycling Depot. This may involve renovations to existing buildings, or new construction.

The Town requests proposals from qualified companies to complete a feasibility study, the purpose of which is to provide professional guidance to Council on the most practical and economically viable method to provide for these needs.
