A Pre-Tender Site Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 83 Hoyles Avenue, St. John’s, NL. For further information, bidders may contact Engineering Department at 724-3158 .

Plans, specifications and tender documents can be obtained “free of charge” from NL Housing at 2 Canada Drive, St. John’s, NL between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each business day and are also available for
inspection at the offices of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association, 33 Pippy Place, Suite 201, St. John’s, NL.

Tenders must be accompanied by a security deposit in the form and amount as outlined in the specifications for the project.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
The Provincial Information and Library Resources Board (the Board)
invites proposals for the redevelopment of its website as described in the
document “Request for Proposals (RFP) – Website Development.
The RFP document is available from the Board’s Head Office, 48 St.
George’s Avenue, Stephenville, NL during normal business hours 8:30 am
to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The document can also be emailed
or faxed to interested parties upon request. For questions or to receive

Sealed proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked as
