TERMS OF SALE

Tenders addressed to the Town of McIvers, must be delivered to the Consultants Office and be submitted on forms provided, clearly marked as to the contents. The Project Documents have been prepared for use with, and require being read in conjunction with the “Municipal Water, Sewer and Road Master Construction Specifications”, latest revision, as published by the Department of Municipal & Intergovernmental Affairs, Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. This project will be funded under provisions of the Gas Tax Agreement.

The scope of this work generally involves but may not necessarily be limited to, upgrading 5 km access trail, excavation and backfill for earthfill berm, installation of 45 M of 300 mm watermain, precast concrete control structure and spillway, modifications to existing concrete control wall.

A bid security of 10% will be required.
