STEPHENVILLE  Residents of Corner Brook and the surrounding area will have the opportunity this evening to get an early taste of some of what the Stephenville Theatre Festival is offering this summer.

That’s because some members of the festival will be taking their “show on the road” to the Glynmill Inn in Corner Brook with a complimentary performance at 7 p.m. tonight.

The preview, or “snippets” as it’s referred to by members of the festival, will feature short performances of songs and skits from this season’s shows, including: Canada Rocks, Hit Country and Island in the Sky.

The event, which will be 45 minutes to an hour in duration, is an effort to the promote the festival leading up to the opening week on Friday, July 13 with their opening show of Canada Rocks.
