A 31-year-old woman was also arrested in the central area of St. John’s under two arrest warrants for failing to appear in court and a breach of undertaking. She was held in custody until a court appearance this morning.
The RNC is also investigating moderate damage to a vehicle in the west end of St. John’s around 1:30 a.m. Police say four men — one adult and three youths — will be charged with mischief under $5,000. They were released to appear in court at a later date.

I have had two cars pass me at over 120km/h...15 kms down the road both of them struck a moose. If there are many cars passing me at a high rate of speed, chances are they're the ones striking the moose. It simply comes down to numbers.
