Two restaurants in this province have made the Macleans Magazine list of the 50 best restaurants in the country.
They are Atlantica at the Beach House in Portugal Cove-St. Philip's and Raymonds in St. John's.
The list was compiled by Maclean's food columnist and critic-at-large Jacob Richler, with photography by John Cullen.
Mclean's says in its newsletter promoting its magazine, "Canadians in the market for a good meal in one of our major cities have never enjoyed so many varied, quality options in so many categories. "
Richler and Cullen share what they found in a special issue of Macleans that is now available on newsstands across Canada for $12.95.
