Protest takes place near Flat Bay

Residents of the communities of Flat Bay and St. Teresa's staged a protest near the intersection with the Trans Canada Highway on Thursday morning.

Residents of the communities of Flat Bay and St. Teresa's staged a protest near the intersection with the Trans-Canada Highway on Thursday morning.

The group said safety of their roads is their concern and they want more work completed.

Members of the Flat Bay Indian Council feel government has missed the mark on some of the repair that's being done and feel there are other areas of road in greater need of work than some being done.
