The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is investigating a series of alleged assaults involving two Corner Brook youths.
It's alleged the incidents occurred between Sept. 25 and Oct. 6, when a 12-year-old male filed a complaint against a 14-year-old male.
During one occasion, the victim was allegedly assaulted with a knife but was uninjured as a result.
The youths are know to each other and the incidents reportedly occurred at a local junior high school in Corner Brook.
The 14-year-old has been charged with assault with a weapon and released to his parents pending an appearance in youth court on Nov. 28.
An RNC investigation is continuing regarding the other incidents during this time frame.
