Pick up today's print edition of The Western Star for these additional stories: It's that time of year again when the residents of Stephenville are encouraged to nominate their neighbours for a Stephen award. The parents of a girl molested by Stanley Broomfield are planning to be present as the National Parole Board holds a detention hearing for the former Port Saunders man in May. In February 2011, Broomfield was convictd of six charges, including sexual interference, assault and uttering threats. We've got a full page of photo highlights from the Rotary Music Festival.
