A 38-year-old man from Glenwood has been charged with uttering a threat and arson with disregard to human life after a complaint Tuesday morning that a molotov cocktail was thrown at a home in the community.
Gander RCMP, with assistance from police dog services, responded to the complaint.
Police say the fire was extinguished early preventing major damage. Four people were in the home at the time including two children.
The suspect is currently in custody waiting for a bail hearing.
