CORNER BROOK A 13-year-old girl from Corner Brook was arrested again Sunday morning, and charged with breaking a court-ordered alcohol restriction.
At about 9:10 a.m., the RNC received a report that the girl had alcohol on Saturday. She had been on an undertaking restricting her from doing so.
She was charged with breaching that undertaking, and held overnight at the youth holding facility in Deer Lake. She appeared in provincial court Monday morning, and was released from custody. She is next scheduled to appear Nov. 5.
