CORNER BROOK A Corner Brook man wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in provincial court on Sept. 17 was arrested earlier this week.
Gregory Carter appeared in provincial court in Corner Brook on Wednesday and was released from custody on an undertaking.
Carter was originally charged in February with obstructing the lawful execution of a process against lands or goods and with resisting or obstructing a peace officer. He had to be restrained by the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary after he became upset during the demolition of his dilapidated detached garage on Humber Road.
He is scheduled to appear again on those charges and on a charge of failure to appear in court on Nov. 12.
