CORNER BROOK The pair of teenagers arrested late Sunday afternoon after allegedly fleeing from a house they had broken into were not supposed to be together.
The RNC in Corner Brook received a report of the break and enter of a Windsor Street home at about 4:40 p.m. The two male suspects were seen running from the house and into a wooded area by the officers. They were found a short time later by the officers, and the dog services unit located property allegedly stolen from the house.
Monday, police were informed the 17- and 15-year-old teens had broken court orders to have no contact with each other.
They were originally charged with break and enter, and released to their parents. Monday, they were charged with breaching the undertaking ordered by a police officer. They will appear in youth court at a later date.
