Police investigating more vehicles entered in Kippens

KIPPENS  Police are investigating more complaints on Tuesday of vehicles entered in Kippens.

At 1:36 p.m. there was a report of theft from two vehicles, which were parked in the same driveway on Kippens Road, being entered and a total of five dollars in change stolen from them.

Both had the contents from the consoles and glove compartments gone through.

There was no forced entry as both vehicles were left unlocked.

At 3:39 p.m. there was a report of a vehicle entered on Oake Drive in Kippens, where the vehicle was gone through in the same fashion but nothing was stolen or damaged.

Police said there was no indication of forced entry into that vehicle.

Previous reports of two vehicles entered in Kippens and items stolen were received on Monday, Jan. 13.
