Two dogs that were alleged to be left uncared for on a property in Boswarlos are being checked out by a veterinarian in Stephenville today.

Cpl. Chris Dawe of the Bay St. George RCMP said it was at noon hour on Monday that a report was received about the dogs and police went to the property and removed them.

He said while there don’t seem to be any signs of distress or injuries to the dogs, police are having them looked at by a veterinarian to see if there is any lack of care in this situation.

dog ownership today requires that you have the time to interact with your pet, and insure that there is daily exercise and activity , such as walking the dog at least once a day. well anyway I am hoping that these family pets have a good home, and not a case where the dogs are left tied up in a yard forever.
