Man injured as snowmobile collides with vehicle in Labrador

A 32-year-old snowmobile driver competing in Labrador’s Cain’s Quest Endurance Race was injured this morning when his machine collided with a motor vehicle.


The man was transported to the Labrador Grenfell Clinic in Cartwright to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The accident occurred about 9:20 a.m. on the Dump Road, not far from Cartwright. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
