A potential gold mine in the White Bay area shows promise following a recent testing program, the mining company says.
Simcoe, Ont.-based Spruce Ridge Resources released the results of its diamond drilling program carried out on the Kramer gold property near Sop’s Arm.
The property borders another, known as Thor-Viking, which is also owned by Spruce Ridge. The company has said in past press releases that Thor-Viking is just as promising for development.
The Viking property is about 900 hectares in size and is located about 10 kilometres southwest of Sop’s Arm. Representatives from Spruce Ridge Resources were unavailable for comment Monday.
