The Off-Broadway Players theatre group is now accepting submissions for its fall production.
“After an incredible year of having our largest membership to date and producing a total of four shows, we are really excited to see what this fall will bring us,” said president Jordan Stringer in a release.
“The fall show is always a special one because it often allows us to produce a large show that can involve many people from the community.”
Those interested in submitting a script must provide five copies of the play to a member of the executive, along with the name of an interested director, by June 6.
The submitter must also provide a written proposal of their overall vision for the show, including venue, casting options, set, props, costumes, lighting and sound designs, as well as a rough overview of expenses.
Once submissions are in, a reading committee will be appointed to evaluate each play, and make a decision as to which script will be produced.
Those interested in submitting should contact Stringer via telephone at 638-2694, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
