Pittman due back in court on July 29

Craig Clayton Pittman was released from custody on Friday on an undertaking that requires he have no contact with his two co-accused, Mark Childs and Sonny Pijogge, in an alleged robbery at the First Stop Convenience Store in Irishtown-Summerside on April 28.

Pittman, 34, was also ordered to abide by a curfew between the hours of 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. daily and not to go into Irishtown.

He must also report the to Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Corner Brook, for the purpose of signing in, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Pittman will be back in court on July 29. Pijogge’s next appearance is July 22 and Childs will also appear on July 29.
