The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary’s Labrador City detachment is investigating a theft of medication from the Captain William Jackman Memorial Hospital.
Officers with patrol services and forensic identification services attended the scene and determined the theft occurred sometime after July 10. Some of the medication taken is concerning and if ingested could be very dangerous or even lethal, according to police.
