Can some one please explain to me , what is Fraud? Lets say there was Document, that was never presented in court, that would prove that person who was being charge with a crime. was innocent. But the party in question fabricate " Documentation " to " Extort " money from him/her, what would happen to that person/persons who use the justice system , to commit a crime? Just asking.
