Nancy Hart, 49, had called the RNC just after 4 a.m., threatening to kidnap a young boy and young girl, kill them and then kill herself.
The school was locked down for the day and Hart was later arrested and charged.
She will be sentenced this afternoon on the charges of uttering threats and breaching conditions of a 10-year supervision order she is under.
The crown and defence have made a joint recommendation on sentence suggesting a 15-month prison term and probation.
Hart has a lengthy criminal record that includes offences such as sexual assault, uttering threats, assault with a weapon, arson, and breaches of court orders.
