Snow West, a western Newfoundland winter festival started Friday and features events right up till Feb. 9. On Sunday at Marble Mountain Lodge the cookhouse was serving up toutons. The touton festival featured four varieties, classic, salt fish, blueberry screech and poached egg with hollandaise sauce, customers could sample and cast their vote for best touton.
