Last Thursday, Lieut. Navy Jennifer Hartley addressed the Rotary Club of Corner Brook. Hartley's mission since taking over the corps two years ago was to increase enrolment and community awareness to build the city corps back to its former numbers. In that time, the 184 Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Curling has increased its numbers from 35 cadets and seven officers to 45-50 cadets and eight officers.
