Pub club trounce pharmacy crew 11-7 in Bay St. George Ball Hockey League

Josh White’s four-goal game helped pace Clancy’s Pub to an 11-7 win over Skinner’s Pharmacy Tuesday at St. George’s Stadium.

Teammate Brandon Keeping chipped in with three goals for the pub club, while Brandon Nicholas and Brandon O’Neil added two goals apiece in the Bay St. George Ball Hockey League win.

Paul Gabriel hat a hat-trick in the losing effort, while John Walsh and Dennis Critchley added single tallies. Hunter Woodfine picked up the win in net and P.J White suffered the loss.

In other action, Chris Dohaney and Brent White buried goals in a shootout to lead Harvey Gale & Son to a 5-4 win over Central Service Station. Dohaney (2), Tyler Cornect and Randy Alexander scored in regulation. Mike Hawco, Matt Crawford, Chris Rose and Damian Hibbits each bulged the twine in the defeat. Ryan Saunders earned the win between the pipes. Dave King took the loss.

League action resumes Sunday with Harvey Gale & Son taking on Clancy’s Pub at 8 p.m., followed by a clash between Skinner’s Pharmacy and Central Service Station at 9 p.m.
