Cutler lights it up with 10-goal game

BAY ST. GEORGE   Freddy Cutler doesn’t mess around when it comes to having a knack around the net.

Cutler scored 10 goals, including the winner in shootout fashion, to lead Central Service Station to an 11-10 shootout victory over Clancy’s Pub Sunday night.

Matt Crawford scored the other goal in regulation for the winners, while Mike Hawco collected six helpers for the winners at St. George’s Stadium.

Josh White had seven goals for the service station gang, while Brandon Nicholas collected three goals and three assists in a losing effort.

Meanwhile, Dennis Critchley, Mark Skinner and Nelson White scored two goals apiece to lead Skinner’s Pharmacy to a 6-4 triumph over Harvey Gale & Son.

Chris Dohaney notched a two-goal outing for the opposing bench, while Josh Walsh and Gordo Scott added single tallies to the scoresheet.

Bay St. George Men’s Ball Hockey League action resumes Tuesday night with Skinner’s Pharmacy tangling with Clancy’s Pub at 8 p.m. and Harvey Gale & Son squaring off with Central Service Station 9 p.m. at St. George’s Stadium.
