Retired forester John Munro sang a couple of logging songs for his audience following his presentation on a 1930s and 40s logging operation at Kaipokok Bay, Labrador in Corner Brook on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012. His visit to the city was arranged by the Newfoundland and Labrador Section of the Canadian Institute of Forestry in conjunction with the Model Forest of Newfoundland and Labrador. The song's were written by workers with the Three Rapids Estates logging operation. This song is called Lay That Bucksaw Down.
