Wiseman out as Health minister  
The Canadian Press
Newfoundland Premier Danny Williams has shuffled his embattled Health minister to oversee another department.
Ross Wiseman has faced a series of setbacks during his time as health minister — most notably the province’s botched breast cancer testing scandal.
Williams has moved Wiseman to take over as Business minister.
Paul Oram, the former Business minister, takes over the Health portfolio.
The cabinet shuffle is Williams’s third in less than a year.
