Alleged arsonists get court dates for election and plea 
STEPHENVILLE The Western Star
Two men from Flat Bay charged with burning down a cabin on Flat Bay Brook Road were in Stephenville Provincial Court Monday to have dates set to enter pleas. They are also charged with a number of break and enters.
It was on Oct. 1, 2009 that a cabin owned by Richard and Phyllis McDonnell was burned to the ground in a suspected arson. There were a number of break-ins that took place in the same area at the time.
Wesley Patrick Cormier, 27, is facing six charges of break and enter, two counts of theft under $5,000, arson and possessing property obtained by crime.
He is scheduled to return to court on Jan. 11, 2010 for election and plea.
Wayne Augustus Miles, 20, is charged with arson with damage to property, five counts of break and enter and a charge of possessing property obtained by crime.
He is to return to court on Jan. 18, 2010 for election and plea.

Reality Check from Stephenville, NL writes: I'm not sure what this writer meant as the person he names in his letter is not mentioned in the article. Remember if you do the crime you must also do the time.
