“Hook, Line and Stinker” is the latest animated short that will be featured at the Stephenville New Animation Film Festival this year.

The festival is an annual showcase of shorts films by students of the College of the North Atlantic’s Bay St. George campus’s Digital Animation program.

The two-hour show will feature new material as well as old favorites, so in addition to the debut of “Hook, Line and Stinker” the festival will show its signature “master of ceremonies” animation.

Take a glimpse into the irradiated hellscape of tomorrow with your host GreaseTrap, Steward of the Wasteland!

This year’s festival will be held at the lounge in the Stephenville Arts and Culture Centre with doors open at 7 p.m. for a 7:30 p.m. start on Dec. 7. Admission is by invitation or free at the door.

For information on availability, call the Stephenville Arts and Culture Centre at 709-643-4553 or email Stephen Whitten at stevethesaxon24@hotmail.com.
