Members of the Bay St. George RCMP are investigating two thefts from Flat Bay and Stephenville Crossing reported on Tuesday.
It was about 11:15 a.m. that police received a report that a Polaris side by side was stolen from a residential property on Main Road in Flat Bay.
The vehicle is described as a burgundy 2014 Polaris 570 Crew with a windshield and wipers, Newfoundland and Labrador license plate number VFW 792.
Later that afternoon, police received a report of a break, enter and theft at a residence on Summit Avenue in Stephenville Crossing.
The owners of the residence were not home at the time of the break-in and reported that cash, medications and several electronics were stolen.
RCMP Police Dog Services and Forensic Identification Services are assisting in the ongoing investigation.
