Bay St. George RCMP arrest two for impaired driving violations

Members of the Bay St. George RCMP arrested two men for impaired driving violations on Wednesday and Thursday.

They arrested a 46-year-old Stephenville man at about 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday on Prince Rupert Drive in Stephenville, charging him with impaired driving and breaching a court order. He is now scheduled to appear in Stephenville Provincial Court on July 17.
A 28-year-old man from St. George’s was issued a 90-day driving suspension for driving while impaired following a traffic stop in Flat Bay shortly before 4:00 a.m. on Thursday.
