Members of the Bay St. George RCMP are investigating the theft of two snowmobiles from the Port au Port Peninsula reported on Sunday and Monday.
The first was reported to police at about 10 a.m. on Sunday that a long track Bravo snowmobile had been stolen from a shed on a property on Main Road in West Bay.
The next day, at about 10:00 a.m., Bay St. George RCMP received a report of the theft of a short track Bravo snowmobile from a residential property on Main Road in Campbell's Creek.
Anyone with information concerning these thefts is asked to contact Bay St. George RCMP at 709-643-2118.
