After responding to an overnight Saturday call into the Goose Arm area following a report of overdue boaters, SAR technicians were deployed via fast-rescue Zodiac and a Cormorant helicopter again Sunday evening to save an unidentified man (seen here being brought ashore on a stretcher) after he ended up in the choppy waters of Humber Arm near McIvers around suppertime.
Few other details on either incident were being made available from emergency services by press time.
