Regional development conference to be held in St. Anthony

The goals of the conference are to identify the challenges and mobilize the opportunities for initiating and maintaining sustainable regional development in St. Anthony and the region.

Titled “Our Way Forward: Sharing Knowledge and Building Capacity for Regional Development,” the conference will highlight regional collaboration opportunities with a focus on building on fishery, port facilities and export, instilling a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship and strengthening tourism development. The conference will take place from Nov. 16-18, at the Grenfell Interpretation Centre.
