The third man arrested in connection with a home invasion and robbery in Reidville last weekend was released from custody Friday.

Dylan Joseph Ryan, 20, of Deer Lake appeared for a bail hearing in provincial court in Corner Brook in the afternoon. He was released on several conditions that include having two sureties. He’s charged with using a shotgun to commit robbery, forcible confinement and being disguised with intent.

Ryan will be back in court Nov. 7.

The fourth man, who was arrested Thursday, will have a bail hearing on Monday. Jared Healey, 21, also of Deer Lake, made a brief court appearance Friday during which the Crown indicated it was opposed to his release and the bail hearing was set.

Jared Healey is charged with the same three offences as Ryan.

The first two men charged Monday — Tanner Healey, 23, and Ricky Halfyard, 29 — remain in custody.

Tanner Healey was denied bail Thursday and will be back in court on Oct. 24.

Halfyard has consented to remand until a bail hearing on Oct. 23.

Both men have been charged with breaking and entering with intent, using a firearm during the commission of an offence, being disguised with intent, use of a firearm in committing robbery and forcible confinement. Healey is also facing two charges of pointing a firearm and Halfyard a charge of unauthorized possession of a firearm.

The alleged home invasion and robbery occurred Sunday night.
