Residents of the Humbermouth area should be on the lookout for a young moose on the run in the area Wednesday morning.
John Murphy photographed the calf in the backyard of his home on Hillcrest Road just after 11 a.m.
According to Murphy, the animal was eating apples that had fallen from the tree in his yard. It then proceeded down to Quinton Street and then down to the Bannister’s Road area.
