SPRINGDALE, N.L. – A 22-year-old Springdale man’s dangerous all-terrain vehicle (ATV) trek has landed him in hot water.
According to a RCMP release, witnesses saw a side-by-side ATV on Little Bay Road in Springdale just after 10 a.m. on July 18.
The driver allegedly did not stop at a stop sign, nearly rolling as he turned at a busy intersection. He then continued onto Main Street at a high speed.
The man was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner, failure to stop at a stop sign, and operating an all-terrain vehicle on the roadway.
He was released from custody and will appear in court at a later date.
