Ricky Leslie Halfyard, one of four men charged in connection with a home invasion and robbery in Reidville on Oct. 8, has consented to remain in custody for two more weeks.
Halfyard, 29, of Deer Lake had been scheduled to appear in provincial court in Corner Brook on Monday morning for a bail hearing. However, that hearing has now been set for Nov. 7.
One of his co-accuseds, Tanner Healey, 23, is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, while the others Dylan Joseph Ryan, 20, also has an appearance set for Nov. 7 and Jared Paul Healey, 21, will appear on Nov. 14.
Tanner Healey was denied bail following his bail hearing, while Ryan and Jared Healey were released on conditions.
