Alma Ruth Lee

Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alma Lee announce her passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the age of 77 years. She leaves to mourn her children: Wanda (Paul), Wilma (Jeff), Karen (Scott), Bill (Tammy) and Rick (Linda); her grandchildren: Kevin, Janine, Shane, Lisa, Sarah, Brittany and Tyler; her great-grandchildren: Paul, Julia, William, Madeline, Emily, Jasper and Summer; her sister Vida Gardner; her sisters-in-law Lucille Purchase, Beulah Purchase and Margaret Purchase, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Alma was predeceased by her sisters Ruby and Audrey, her brothers Fraser, Harold and Lloyd, her parents Pearl and Herbert, and her partner Albert Hamlyn. Visitation will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road, on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 2 pm from Country Haven Chapel with Majors Cory and Pamela Pinksen officiating. Interment will follow at the Receiving Chapel Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
