Gwendolyn Mae Mullen (Ring nee Height)

Age 89, of Digby passed away July 7, 2018 at Digby General Hospital. Born in Waterford, Digby Co. she was a daughter of the late Irving Allen and Laura Anna (Sabean) Height. Gwendolyn was a member of the Weymouth Church of Christ and in her spare time she enjoyed quilting and knitting. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Mae (James) Glode, Corner Brook, NL; son, Keith Carl (Carol) Ring, Barton, Digby Co.; brother, Victor Height, Conway, Digby Co.; 2 grandchildren, Aaron (Marsha) Glode, Crystal (William) Webb, 2 great-grandchildren, Amber Webb and William Webb, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Carl Ernest Ring, her second husband, Sidney Eugene Mullen; brothers, Ralph, Vaughn and sister, Beverly. Visitation will be 7-9pm Wednesday July 11, from Jayne’s Funeral Home, 7 Birch St. Digby. (902-245-2525). Funeral service will be 2pm Thursday, July 12, from Weymouth Church of Christ with Pastor Darrell Haines officiating. Interment in Barton Community Cemetery. Family flowers only.
