Nellie King (nee Cull)

Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Nellie King announce her passing on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility in her 89th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her dear son Todd (Mary) King; precious granddaughters: Leah and Sarah King; sister Violet Goodyear; special mention to Glenn and Julia Sharpe, her other family; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and special friend Mona West. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey King. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Friday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 9 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Major Frank Johnson officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Salvation Army Family Services.
