The Truro Bearcats eliminated the Ramblers from Maritime Hockey League playoff action with a 5-4 win Monday night at the Amherst Stadium.
The Bearcats wrapped up the Eastlink South Division best-of-seven final in five games to earn a berth in the next round.
Corner Brook’s Jordan King finished up his playoff run with a goal and two helpers in Game 5 that saw Kyle Tibbo lead the charge for the Bearcats with a two-goal performance supporting the hot goaltending of Jason Rioux.
