The Western Kings will try to move up the provincial major midget hockey league standings with a three-game road trip to Goulds.

The Kings, 1-5 on the season, will tangle with the East Coast Blizzard in a three-game series this weekend with the first game slated for Friday night 7:40 p.m. at the Goulds Arena.

The Kings opened the season at home with a three-game series against the Blizzard, but didn’t have a fun weekend as the visiting side won all three games.

The Kings won one out of game three games against the defending champion St. John’s Maple Leafs last weekend at the Corner Brook Civic Centre.
