Paul Prosper recorded a hat trick Monday night for Western Building Products in a 6-1 win over Newfoundland Fasteners in action from the Corner Brook Molson Men's Broomball League at the civic centre.
Lance Ereaut provided a pair of goals, while Brandon Crewe scored once in the win.
Chris Bulger was the lone marksman for the bolt bunch.
Ian Jones outdueled Brandon Anderson in goal.
In the later game, the West Side Monarchs downed Investors Group 5-2. The Monarchs got goals from Greg Park (2), Robert Greening, Eric (Sticky) Young and Clarence Bennett.
Scott Wayson scored twice in the losing cause.
Albert Specker earned the win in net, with Pat Doucette taking the loss.
