A three-for-three effort from Haley Walsh that saw her score twice and drive in another two runs helped propel the West Side Monarchs to an 11-6 win over the KSAB Rangers in Monday night play from the Corner Brook Molson Ladies Fastpitch Softball League at Ambrose O’Reilly Memorial Field.

Sandra Barter and Hilary Bourgeois were both 2-for-2 for the victors. Bourgeois had three RBIs and two runs, while Barter scored a pair and collected one RBI.

Raquel Taylor put up a 3-for-4 stat line in the loss, while Felicia Park was 2-for-4.

Selma Pike earned the pitching win after allowing 16 hits over seven innings, with no walks and two strikeouts.

Donna Clarke took the loss despite striking out nine batters. She gave up 11 hits and walked one batter.
