A lack of scoring punch didn’t help the cause.

Steers Insurance Corner Brook United is still looking for its first win of the 2017 Challenge Cup season after dropping two games on the road over the weekend.
The Corner Brook squad slipped to 0-4 on the season after a 4-0 loss to Conception Bay South Sunday afternoon in Topsail and a 2-0 loss to Mount Pearl First Choice Haircutters, who has Kevin Oram of Corner Brook as a player/coach this season, Saturday night in Mount Pearl.
Corner Brook United will be in tough this weekend when they host the St. Lawrence Laurentians in a two-game set — Saturday 6 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon — at the Wellington Street Sports Complex.
