Kirk Fowler’s goal with 6:34 left to play in the game propelled OK Tire to a 2-1 triumph over Marine Lounge Tuesday night in action from the Molson Corner Brook Ball Hockey League at the Corner Brook Civic Centre.

Trevor Fancy also struck for Team Tire in the victory.

Brian Park was the lone marksman for the Mariners.

In other action on Tuesday night, the Gros Morne Gulls trounced Bud’s Autobody  6-0 thanks to goals from Mike Hawco (2), Andrew Elliot, Gordon Scott, Luke Parsons and Jonny Anderson.

Ricky Lushman earned the shutout.

Meanwhile, the Luxury Limo Rangers beat Wing’n It/Empire Atlantic 9-1.

Corey Russell (2), Jeremy Bishop (2), Matt Russell (2), Garett Brake, Mark Gillis and Adam Guy provided the offence for the victors.

Josh Hackett replied in the losing cause.

In action from Monday night, scores were: Marine Lounge 4, Wing’n It/Empire Atlantic 1; Bud’s Autobody 7, OK Tire 1; and Gros Morne Gulls 3, Luxury Limo Rangers 2.
