After 15 years of operating three businesses under separate trade names, president Tony Whalen is consolidating his companies under one banner.
zedIT solutions, a provider of eGovernment solutions for state and local government as well as IT professional services in the public and private sectors, and sister company zedSuite, a software solutions partner for web portal and integration solutions for SAP — systems, applications and products in data processing — will now fall under the Vision33 name.
Vision 33 is already one of the largest SAP Business One partners in the world as part of its SAP Solutions offering.
“By coming together, the new Vision33 can deliver a seamless offering, one brand, one partner and one focus — the success of our customers,” Whalen stated in a news release. “By leveraging the experience, resources and solutions each company brings, we are able to best deliver on the promise of technology to customers worldwide.”
The company, headquartered in St. John’s but with another 28 offices worldwide, employs more than 400 people.
