Work continues on outdoor rink in Corner Brook for Hockey Day in Canada events

The City of Corner Brook’s public works team has been hard at work this week getting an outdoor rink ready for next week’s Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada events. The rink is located behind Corner Brook Regional High. On Jan. 19 a first responders tournament will be played there and on Jan. 20 the Scotiabank Outdoor Classic Tournament, public skate, hockey clinics and the Scotiabank Community Hockeyfest will take place at the rink.
